Due to our collaboration with Bpost, you as a customer have the opportunity to adjust your delivery preferences. In the shipping confirmation you received from Bpost, you can click through to their platform to indicate what you want to happen with your package.

Ideally, you will receive your package personally. Of course, another member of your family can also receive the package in your name.

Still not at home at the time of delivery? No problem! Bpost delivers your order to the nearest postal point. The postman will leave a note in your letterbox to let you know where to go.
