Incorrect or defective products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or defective items, please e-mail us details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase support@my-scrubby.com. We will check whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and will provide you with instructions accordingly. Mention your order confirmation number in the subject line so that we can find your order easily and process your request quickly.
Missing items
We understand that it is important for you to receive your order on time and in good condition; it's just as important to us! We make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order on time and in good condition.
Contact our Customer Experience Squad at support@my-scrubby.com, so that we can organize replacement of missing products. Mention your order confirmation numberr in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request quickly.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you pack the products properly and use a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in return in transit.
